- The Landlord
The first three are up to you as tenants to choose. I am 'the Fourth', the Landlord!
I really want groups who are going to be happy together and who will be happy with me as their Landlord. So check me out with existing tenants - in any of my houses, they are listed on these Web pages so there is nothing stopping you from checking with tenants in houses other than that in which you are interested.
If there are problems which I can help to sort out, I will do so. If there are house maintenance problems, I want to know and to get them sorted.
My aim is for you to have a good year in Loughborough whilst you are one of my tenants and the service/backup I provide can go a long way to make that happen!
If there are special requests, ask me, I can only say yes or no and, if they are reasonable, the chances are that I will say yes. I'd much rather that you asked than keeping quiet! Even if I have to say no to whatever it is, I will try to explain why.
